Pick-A-Prize Raffle Rules Pick-A-Prize Raffle Rules The Performing & Fine Arts Boosters (“PFAB”) of Walsh Jesuit High School, a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization, is sponsoring a fundraising raffle (“Raffle”) in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. Proceeds of the Raffle will go to benefit Walsh Jesuit High School’s Performing and Fine Arts programs and students. By purchasing a Raffle ticket (“Ticket”), the purchaser agrees to be bound by the rules and regulations set forth below. The interpretation and application of the rules and regulations by PFAB and Walsh Jesuit High School’s legal counsel shall be final. Highlights! The Raffle is open to all legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry, except for any prizes that contain alcohol in which case the Raffle is open to all legal residents of the United States, who are 21 years of age or older as of the date of www.WalshJesuit.org/ReachingForTheStars entry. Winners should be prepared to provide legal identification with proof of age. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. One such mutual goal involves the Truth, Racial Healing, and Transformation dialogue that has been taking place among the Society of Jesus, Georgetown University, and the Descendants of Jesuit Slaveholding (page 9).
