This item asks the Commission to grant the City of Spokane a perpetual easement for the installation of sewer force mains within Riverside State Park. This item asks the Commission to approve a direct sale to Chelan Public Works Department of 3.5 acres within Squilchuck State Pak for $74, 750.00. This direct sale will facilitate the disposal of previously approved surplus property. This property will be used to redesign a county road and intersection for increased public safety.
