A focus on the user experience and user-centric perspective are considered to be essential in today’s product and service development processes. Technological advancements during the last two decades have made user studies based on digital, mobile self-reporting possible. The goal of this study is to report on our experiences using a mobile self-reporting tool called Qualiwall for the customer journey mapping of an experience-centric service. The results indicate that the Qualiwall tool is especially suitable for mapping the customer experiences because it enables the collection of rich, real-time and in-situ data; however, it also possesses certain disadvantages. -

INTERNATIONAL SKATING UNION Communication No. 1876 Decisions of the ISU Council The ISU Council met on June 8 and 14, 2014 in Dublin, Ireland. The following were among the decisions taken by the Council during the meetings: 1. Full Membership Cyprus During its meeting on June 8, 2014 the Council agreed based on the membership status information received, to grant full membership for the Figure Skating Branch to the Cyprus Skating Federation. 2. 56th Ordinary ISU Congress 2016 – Dubrovnik/Croatia Based on the applications received, the ISU Council decided to hold the 56th Ordinary ISU Congress in Dubrovnik/Croatia on June 6-10, 2016, at the Dubrovnik Palace Hotel. 3. Sport, Recreation and Green Space in the European City Edited by Peter Clark, Marjaana Niemi and Jari Niemelä Studia Fennica Historica The Finnish Literature Society (SKS) was founded in 1831 and has, from the very beginning, engaged in publishing operations. It nowadays publishes literature in the fields of ethnology and folkloristics, linguistics, literary research and cultural history. The first volume of the Studia Fennica series appeared in 1933. Since 1992, the series has been divided into three thematic subseries: Ethnologica, Folkloristica and Linguistica. Two additional subseries were formed in 2002, Historica and Litteraria. The subseries Anthropologica was formed in 2007. In addition to its publishing activities, the Finnish Literature Society maintains research activities and infrastructures, an archive containing folklore and literary collections, a research library and promotes Finnish literature abroad.
