She attended the Drawing and Sculpture workshop with Federico Bacher, the Muralism workshop with Martin Ron, and the Live Model Seminar at the Rojas Cultural Center. Her artistic experience includes theater, film, television and dance. From an early age she expressed a profound interest for the arts, especially painting and music, calling the attention of her teachers. As a teenager, she realized painting would become her partner for life. She participated in the artistic workshop of Kitty de Bartolli, and continued assisting several workshop, until she met Cristóbal Dabadie, her current teacher. She participated in various exhibitions, such as Prof. Dabadie’s 17th Workshop Exhibition, in La Plata, 2011. Her artistic vocation does not stop. She works tirelessly in her private atelier, in search for an aesthetic and creative identity. Currently, she started her Degree in Visual Arts with orientation in Painting, National University of the Arts (UNA). Since 2005, she has participated in various exhibitions. Coming from an Italian family, she was always linked to art. She received her degree in Architecture from the University of Buenos Aires (FADU). She participated in the XX International Architecture Workshop in Cartagena de Indias, organized by the Department of Architecture of the University of Los Andes, Colombia. Her work in architecture and interior design earned her several publications in the magazines Living and Ohlalá!, in digital magazines, and blogs. In parallel she devoted herself to the Plastic Arts. She trained in workshops of Argentine artists and currently participates in the workshop of Chilean-born plastic artist Lic. Cristóbal Dabadie, at the National University of the Arts. She studied art history at the National Museum of Fine Arts Association, and is currently pursuing a degree in Arts Curator at the National University of Arts. In 2018, she participated in the 4th Collective Exhibition of Argentine Artists in Het Ursulinenconvent Museum, Eijsden, Netherlands (2018). In her works she seeks to break with the structures learned throughout her career, to make room for the new: unknown but expected. The deformation of the existing and its subsequent abstraction give random and always different results, with tension between figure and background but that always pursue freedom and seek to agitate the already known. - Collective Exhibition of Argentine Artist - 6 CELIA BELMONTE Email [email protected] WAPP +5492216426476 Medical doctor. At the beginning of the ‘80s, she ventured into porcelain painting. From 2016 onwards, she takes private classes with Prof. Cristóbal Dabadie in the city of La Plata. It is there where she finds her artistic realization. Her works focus on water- colours. She has studied the great masters through her favorite artistic discipline, and researched their techniques in detail. She visualizes painting as an act of healing, in similar terms as her medical profession. - Collective Exhibition of Argentine Artist - 7 CRISTÓBAL DABADIE FB(1) Cristóbal Dabadie FB(2) Cristóbal Dabadie - artista plástico Email [email protected] WAPP +5492215719442 Visual artist and writer, born in Santiago de Chile. Former student of the San Ignacio school. He lives in the city of La Plata, Argentina, since 2003. He obtained a letter of citizenship from the Argentine Republic. Bachelor of Arts with a major in Drawing, from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile in 1990. He has specialized in Painting, Drawing, Visual Arts Teaching, History of Art, Aesthetics, Art Theory and Educational Innovation, among others. In 1992, he earned a postgraduate degree in Strategies for the Development of Creativity. He obtained an Honors Scholarship at the PUC in 1983. He has presented his artistic works in more than 50 solo and group exhibitions in museums and galleries in Chile, Argentina and Holland. Highlights include the National Museum of Fine Arts in Santiago de Chile; Museum of Contemporary Art in Santiago de Chile; Palais de Glace in Buenos Aires; National Congress of the Argentine Republic; Galería Espacio de Arte Prilidiano Pueyrredón in Buenos Aires; MACLA Contemporary Latin American Art Museum in La Plata; Arenales Gallery in Buenos Aires; Het Ursulinenconvent Museum, Eijsden, Netherlands. He has published written works and obtained several awards in the visual and literary arts. He is a frequent exhibitor in seminars and conferences, developing themes around the History of Art; Visual language; Social and Cultural Processes; Analysis and Interpretation of Works; Criticism, Aesthetics and Anticulture; Culture and Revolution; Creative Processes in Art; Creativity Workshops. His works have been declared Cultural Heritage in Chile and Argentina, MNBA in Santiago de Chile and Palais de Glace in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In addition, his works can be found in several museums and private collections. He has taught for almost 30 years in various Institutions of Higher and University Education.     Mímicas de guerra, costumbres de paz. Las prácticas de movilización y apelación antifascistas del Partido Socialista en el interior bonaerense durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial. Los casos de Baradero y Luján*. Andrés Bisso** Resumen: Este artículo analiza las reacciones que frente a los sucesos de la Segunda Guerra Mundial realizaron los simpatizantes y dirigentes de dos centros socialistas del interior de la provincia de Buenos Aires, los de Baradero y Luján, a través del seguimiento exhaustivo de su prensa partidaria. Asimismo, se investiga el proceso de reactivación que en el marco de ese fenómeno, los redactores y colaboradores de esos diarios hicieron de la apelación antifascista que venía desarrollándose con especial fuerza desde mediados de la década del ´30 y que había sido tomada como una bandera de movilización y promoción de importancia estratégica por parte del Partido Socialista. Este acercamiento propone especificar el carácter que podía alcanzar –en los lugares mencionados- una prédica que –originada en sucesos europeos- fue objeto de diferentes recepciones en la Argentina, y funcionó no sólo como arma de combate ideológico, sino también como eficaz motor de movilización política y marco diseñador de renovadas experiencias de sociabilidad local. Las formas de apropiarse la guerra que tuvieron aquellos militantes socialistas que no participaban directamente del escenario bélico, muestran tanto los particulares valores que los mantenían en el Partido, como la autonomía local que podían –en ocasiones- expresar a través de interpretaciones heterodoxas o no del todo deudoras de las opiniones de la dirigencia central (de la provincia o del país). * La elaboración de este artículo fue posible gracias a un subsidio “Jóvenes Investigadores”, otorgado por la Universidad Nacional de La Plata, para un proyecto de reconocimiento de fuentes documentales existentes en el interior de nuestra provincia.

En ella participan las distintas áreas provinciales gubernamentales que intervienen en los casos de violencia. La Mesa Provincial Intersectorial dictará pronunciamientos político- técnicos rectores, que impactarán en la realidad local (construcción de protocolos en relación a la detección, prevención y atención de los casos de Violencia Familiar, guía de recursos de atención en toda la provincia, propuestas de formación y capacitación, etc.) Recursos para el tratamiento de la Violencia Familiar La Dirección de Políticas de Género del Ministerio de Desarrollo Social se preocupa principalmente de promover la plena ciudadanía de las mujeres y de erradicar la violencia de género, viendo en ella a uno de los principales flagelos que aquejan a la Provincia de Buenos Aires. Atendiendo a lo anterior, y a los fines de generar respuestas de prevención y asistencia a las situaciones de violencia familiar, se crea el Programa de Violencia Familiar, abocado actualmente a plantear la necesidad de sostener una política provincial de abordaje a la violencia familiar desde una perspectiva interdisciplinaria y con un enfoque de género y derechos sociales. Introducción Las proyecciones para niveles territoriales menores a Provincia utilizan modelos semidemográficos debido a la complejidad de los métodos puramente demográficos y falta de información minuciosa necesaria para la estimación de la evolución futura de las variables demográficas. Existen distintos métodos matemáticos o semidemográficos para desagregar la población proyectada de un área jerárquicamente mayor a niveles menores. La elección del método adecuado requiere un análisis de las características sociales y demográficas de las áreas en cuestión. Dadas las características demográficas de la Provincia de Buenos Aires el método adecuado es el Método de los Incrementos Relativos. El método elegido utiliza proyecciones ya realizadas de un área jerárquicamente mayor, en este caso las proyecciones de población de la provincia de Buenos Aires por sexo y se desagrega a las áreas menores. Las proyecciones provinciales se elaboraron mediante el método de componentes demográficos (ver Proyecciones de población de la provincia de Buenos Aires 2010- 2040.) por sexo y grupos de edad 2010-2040) 2.

Overall, there was a spatial relationship between motorcycle registrations and the morta- lity of the users of these vehicles in the northern-central region of Argentina. The results of this study indicate the need to reinforce primary prevention policies focused on motor- cycle users in this region of the country, especially in areas with high population density.     BOLETÍN OFICIAL DE LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES La Plata > lunes 07 de junio de 2021 Anexo II IF-2021-07782373-GDEBA- d592738b7591638ea18fd73bcef40a752b505fbd88bee51ba38fa4f53b893bef Ver SSRHMIYSPGP DECRETO Nº 347/2021 LA PLATA, BUENOS AIRES Domingo 6 de Junio de 2021 VISTO el expediente N° EX-2021-13845975-GDBA-DSTAMGGP, mediante el cual se propicia modificar la fecha de la convocatoria a elecciones generales y elecciones primarias, abiertas, obligatorias y simultáneas, efectuada mediante Decreto N° 177/21, y CONSIDERANDO: Que mediante el Decreto N° 177/21 se procedió a convocar al electorado de la provincia de Buenos Aires a elecciones generales y elecciones primarias, abiertas, obligatorias y simultáneas, para la selección de los/las candidatos/as a cargos públicos electivos provinciales y municipales cuyos mandatos expiran el día 10 de diciembre del corriente año; Que el artículo 3° del mencionado decreto estableció la simultaneidad de las elecciones primarias y generales de Legisladores Provinciales y Cargos Comunales con las elecciones de Legisladores Nacionales; Que, asimismo, el artículo 3°, último párrafo, dispone que “La adhesión a la simultaneidad de elecciones implica la realización de las elecciones primarias y generales en las mismas fechas que fije el Poder Ejecutivo Nacional, por lo que las fechas establecidas en los artículos 1° y 2° del presente, deberán adecuarse a lo que oportunamente se establezca en el decreto de convocatoria a elecciones nacionales”; Que mediante la Ley Nacional N° 27.631, se modificaron, por única
