ALL THE POLICE ADMINISTRATIVE AND FUNCTIONAL SPACES INCLUDING FOR THEIR FAMILIES WITH PROPER PHYSICAL; CIRCULATION; SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC INFRASTRUCTURE; TO MAKE THEM HAPPY IN TERMS OF THEIR LIVING; WORKING AND ENJOING AND ULTIMATELY TO MAKE THEIR AND PUBLIC CHARACTER THE BEST. (1) Planning, Re-planning; (2)Development, Re-development, (3)Construction, Re-construction, (4) Maintenance, Re-maintenance, (5)Management, Re-management of all the police spaces existing and proposed including for their families. The last point is very important as living spaces with proper infrastructure for families is not available and this is being experienced including me since I was in DDA as A. Comm. Planning DDA.. This entire system has to be taken care with respect to – (1)Physical, (2)Financial, (3)Time, (4)Direction, & (5) Character I R. G.
