    4003_FCC_KSL_Directives2018_p209-228.qxp_Directives ECB F 2005_p273.qxd Directives of the England and Wales Cricket Board For the purposes of these Directives: 12 “Member”, “CDC”, “CDC Regulations”, “CLO”, “Disciplinary Panel”, “Disciplinary Panel Hearing”, Directives of the England and Cricket Wales Board “Appeal Panel”, “Registered Cricketer”, “Team”, “First Class County Cricket Club” and “Kia Super League Team” shall have the meanings set out in the CDC Regulations. “Participant” means any person subject to the jurisdiction of the ECB as set out in the CDC Regulations, together with all employees, officers, agents, committee or sub-committee members and any other person under the jurisdiction or control of any Member. Save as set out above or as separately defined herein, defined terms set out in The ECB Regulations Governing the Qualification and Registration of Cricketers (the “Registration Regulations”) shall also apply to these Directives. In the event that any employee, officer, agent, committee or sub-committee member or any other person under the jurisdiction or control of any Member breaches any Directive, such breach shall also be deemed to be a breach of these Directives by that Member.
