It loops back on the north side of the River Wharfe passing through Hebden Village with more scenic views of the National Park. A: From the National Park Car park exit and turn left. Follow this Station Road/ B6265, just after you have crossed the River, turn left signposted Linton B: Stay on this road for 1 km until you and reach a t-junction just over river bridge. Here turn right onto Church Road. After a short climb you will come to a cross roads, turn left here onto B6160. Stay on here for 4.5km to Burnsall. C: By the Red Lion pub in Burnsall you turn left and cross the river. In 300meters look out for the next road on the left and take this onto Hartlington Raikes and then in 200meters take the next left road Skuff Road which later will merge onto Burnsall Lane and Mill lane. Cafes/Pubs Stay on here for 2km where you climb up to Hebden. - Grassington D: Ride through Hebden The Foresters Arms (01756 752349) Main Street, until you reach B6265 where you Cobblestones Café (01756 752303) need to turn left onto this road. Stay on here - Burnsall for 3km until you reach Grassington. The Red Lion (01756 720204) - Hebden The Old School Tea Room (01756 753778) .

De nombreux pubs parviennent à relever le défi du rapport qualité-prix : « Les chefs n'hésitent plus à utiliser des pièces moins nobles afin de composer des menus à des prix plus abordables, notamment pour le déjeuner, souligne la rédactrice en chef du guide Rebecca Burr. Ils se montrent aussi plus souples que par le passé et acceptent plus facilement d'échanger les menus du bar et du restaurant. Certains établissements commencent même à proposer des petits-déjeuners, des brunchs et des pauses goûter l’après-midi.» Preuve de l’amélioration permanente de la qualité, deux nouveaux pubs se voient attribuer des étoiles MICHELIN cette année : le Hinds Head de Heston Blumenthal à Bray et le Red Lion Freehouse dirigé par Guy et Britt Manning, à East Chisenbury. Ces récompenses confirment que le Royaume-Uni dispose non seulement d'un solide patrimoine culinaire, mais compte également un grand nombre de chefs très talentueux et créatifs, qu’ils soient aux fourneaux ou propriétaires de pubs.
