Course Objectives (CO): . To introduce the students with the history of ancient Bengal.

. To introduce the students with genocide during the liberation war of Bangladesh in 1971

Learning Outcomes (LO): Students will be able to

. Identify the chronology of political & constitutional development of Bangladesh.

. Figure out the development of Muslim society on the platform of Hindu Buddhist society.

. Learn social and cultural reformation in medieval Bengal.

. Know about the economical and political disparity between the two wings of Pakistan.

. Learn about the war strategies and emergence of Bangladesh.
