Den här gången har man jobbat med producenten John Feldman (5 Seconds of Summer. Sleeping With Sirens, The Used) som sedan låtit Neil Avron (Fall Out Boy, Yellowcard, Linkin Park) mixa skivan. Vi hittar även nya spännande samarbeten på skivan, bland annat med Good Charlottes Joel Madden och Blink 182’s Mark Hoppus. All Time Low som pryder omslaget till nya numret av KERRANG!! spelar imorgon fredag den 20 Mars på en utsåld Wembley Arena! Se YouTube-videon här Sångaren Alex Gaskarth, gitarristen Jack Barakat, basisten Zack Merick och trummisen Rian Dawson må vara unga men de har en imponerande resumé. Med över 1.000.000 sålda skivor och över 100 miljoner views på youtube bandet har turnerat med bland annat Fall Out Boy, Green Day och Foo Fighters. All Time Low träffades under highscool-tiden och lyckades att kombinera studierna med en spirande karriär. De turnerade intensivt, ryktet om deras musik spreds som en löpeld och innan de hade tagit studenten blev de signade av skivbolaget Hopeless Records. Bandet släppte sitt debutalbum, So Wrong, It’s Right, 2007 och blev året efter utnämnda till årets band av Alternative Press. Uppföljaren Nothing Personal släpptes två år senare och gick rakt in på fjärde platsen på Billboardlistan. Efter det blev All Time Low ett av de största aktiva emopop-banden och deras popularitet visste inga gränser. De har efter det släppt ett antal skivor, livefilmer och singlar samtidigt som de fortsatt att turnera frekvent. Bandets två frontfigurer Alex Gaskarth och Jack Barakat kommer att agera värdar på Alternative Press Music Award, en tidning som redan nu utnämner ”Future Hearts” till 2015 års mest efterlängtade album. All Time Low kommer under året att göra filmdebut, i filmen Fan Girl spelar bandet sig själva, andra skådespelare är Meg Ryan och Kiernan Shipka. Abstract approved:_____________________________________________________ Ryann Reynolds-McIlnay The rise of digital streaming has largely impacted the way the average listener consumes music. Consequentially, while the role of album art has evolved to meet the changes in music technology, it is hard to measure the effect of digital streaming on modern album art. This research seeks to determine whether or not graphic design still plays a role in marketing information about the music, such as its genre, to the consumer. It does so through two studies: 1. A computer visual analysis that measures color dominance of an image, and 2. A mixed-design lab experiment with volunteer participants who attempt to assess the genre of a given album. Findings from the first study show that color scheme models created from album samples cannot be used to predict the genre of an album. Further findings from the second theory show that consumers pay a significant amount of attention to album covers, enough to be able to correctly assess the genre of an album most of the time.

The CCSRC is composed of nine total members, with one appointed by each Councilmember with a formal or informal background of the history and geography of New Orleans. Mayor LaToya Cantrell and the City Planning Commission appointed the remaining two members. The Commission was charged with several key responsibilities, which included conducting a thorough research and public engagement process to develop a comprehensive set of renaming recommendations for streets, parks, and places across the city. In the course of auditing the list of City streets beyond those initially identified by the New Orleans Public Library, the Commission consulted a panel of experts to provide an additional set of names, which was used to formulate the recommendations listed in this report.
