“I think Simsbury football has taught me what it really means to have other people in your life that you’d do anything for. It’s amazing because when you join the football family you instantly have over 100 new friends that treat you like a brother and coaches to support everything you do, care about your life and push you to be the best on and off the field.
The family bond that football gives you isn’t comparable to any other sport, the teammates from my four years are still the ones I am most closely connected to in town, still keep in touch with and genuinely care about. Football is something you can take pride in and really build on each year. Your senior year in the Trojan Football Family is the most special experience you can have. I would recommend playing high school football to anybody no matter how big or small you are, even if you have never played before…there is a spot for you. Size and ability don’t matter, just your desire. Even if you don’t play find a way to be a part of it.
