Typical Frosh Schedule June 15th - Summer Conditioning Begins August 12th - Frosh Equipment Distributed August 16th - Practice starts August 21st - Media Day & Family BBQ Sept 9th - First Game Typical game week Monday - Practice 3:45-5:30 Tuesday - Practice 3:45-5:30 Keys to success: Wednesday - Pre Game 3:45-5:00 ● We start on time - finish on time Thursday - Game ● Different than other sports - one day builds on the next during a game week. The night will be designed to lay out basics for the program, our fundamentals and how our offense and defense are designed. We will discuss CT rules and answer questions.
