Typical Frosh Schedule June 15th - Summer Conditioning Begins August 12th - Frosh Equipment Distributed August 16th - Practice starts August 21st - Media Day & Family BBQ Sept 9th - First Game Typical game week Monday - Practice 3:45-5:30 Tuesday - Practice 3:45-5:30 Keys to success: Wednesday - Pre Game 3:45-5:00 ● We start on time - finish on time Thursday - Game ● Different than other sports - one day builds on the next during a game week.
