What Is the Ereada™ Amethyst Mat? LIFE WITH EREADATM AMETHYST MAT WHAT IS THE EREADA™ AMETHYST MAT? Your new Ereada™ Mat is a unique multilayer health system combining the healing benefts of the major natural elements of the Earth and Sun: Light, Crystal, Mountains, Air and Water. The mat brings these natural healthful powers into your home. Far InfraRed Light is the Sun’s spectrum most healing radiant heat. Red Light is the Sun’s non-heating 660Nm wavelength increasing collagen synthesis and great for a full-body skin rejuvenation*. Deep penetrating into the body Far InfraRed Rays (FIR) are amplifed and structured in the Ereada™ Mat through release of Amethyst "superconductor” power absorbed during millions of years from the Earth and minerals. It's been a unique year, but our staff has worked hard remotely and just finished another successful cookie season, proving that once again Girl Scouts of all ages (including those that are staff) are resilient and adaptive. This month, we celebrate you with Girl Scout Staff Green Appreciation Week, April 19-23! We will be kicking off the week with a staff meeting and investiture ceremony on Monday, followed by daily activities to connect and reflect, then close the week with a rededication ceremony on Friday. On behalf of the Wellness Committee, we hope you can join us for some fun Girl Scout spirit this week. Share the fun with us throughout the week! The Hotel bedding revolution is a global phenomenon today and the hotels in India are no exception to it. Most of the guests are unable to sleep in the guest rooms either because the beds are uncomfortable, they do not get the desired pillow type, or the rooms are not dark enough or quiet for a sound sleep. The hotels provide different types of mattresses ,pillows, a good night kit with eye mask, ear plugs, special aroma therapy oil, sleep inducing music ,sleep inducing snacks for their guests as a part of the turn down service.The findings of this research suggests that the Five Star Hotels in Pune are making conscious effort to provide comfortable bed along with sound sleep experience to their guests to sustain in today`s competitive market. The concept is at an early stage, where the resources are available but not fully utilised. The hotel needs to train their staff to create the “wow” effect for their guests to return to their hotels.
