lindsey stirling mp3 download album Music / Lindsey Stirling. Lindsey Stirling (born September 21, 1986) is an American violinist, musician, dancer, performance artist, and composer, usually described as a "dancing electronic violinist". Her music is mostly Instrumental Hip Hop combined with classical-style violin. She has also arranged film and videogame themes and incorporated dubstep in some pieces, e.g. her most popular track "Crystallize". Shortly after her performance on the fifth season of America's Got Talent in 2010, cinematographer Devin Graham note who later became her boyfriend contacted her via Facebook in hopes of making a YouTube video together. A few months later, Stirling replied to him and they scheduled to shoot a music video for her new song, "Spontaneous Me". It was filmed the week of May 9, 2011 while Graham was on a nearby business trip. The video gave a major boost to Stirling's popularity and she began making music videos for her YouTube channel regularly. Her main YouTube channel can be found here , and her vlog/behind the scenes channel, Lindsey Time, can be found here . She also has her own website . She frequently collaborates with other artists, including The Piano Guys, Halestorm, and Pentatonix, and has a longstanding friendship with Imagine Dragons. Her autobiography "The Only Pirate At The Party" which she collaborated with her sister Brooke S. Passey was released on January 12, 2016. Shatter Me. Dancer, violinist, Manga and dubstep enthusiast, composer, performance artist, America's Got Talent contestant, and Elder Scrolls-loving internet celebrity, Salt Lake City, Utah native Lindsey Stirling is the Faerie Queen of millennial new age music, and her sophomore studio album, the 12- track, largely conceptual Shatter Me, offers up a spirited set of high-octane classical crossover confections that occupy the barbed wire and flower petal strewn middle ground between Evanescence, Riverdance, Skrillex, and Narnia. Like her 2013 debut, Shatter Me is essentially a showcase for Stirling's instrumental prowess, and she delivers the heat with all of the fire, fury, and mad, pixie-ish sweetness that drew millions of people to her Lindseystomp YouTube channel, especially on standouts like "Beyond the Veil," "Master of Tides," and "Roundtable Rival," which weave sharp, confident melodies over a backdrop of glitch-heavy, yet largely conventional slabs of radio-ready electro-pop. She applies that same formula to the two non-instrumental tracks as well, both of which revolve (lyrically) around the album cover, which finds Stirling encased in a cracked crystal ball, and features Halestorm vocalist Lizzy Hale ("Shatter Me") and Meg & Dia lead singer Dia Frampton ("We Are Giants") giving the Auto-Tune processor a full eight-hour day. Brave Enough. Lindsey Stirling's third album, Brave Enough, is where her crossover sound falls nicely into place. Her first two efforts -- thrilling collisions of violin acrobatics and electronic embellishment -- were novel, but there was something missing to that new age dubstep. On Brave Enough, Stirling taps into a deep well of pain -- inspired by her own emotional maturity and the death of her best friend and keyboardist, Jason Gaviati, in November 2015 -- and the result is an organic interplay between her instrument and digital beats that focuses more on pleasant rhythms than dubstep muscle. Each song is a step through the processing of pain, an emotional roller coaster that finds Stirling on a journey to face the darkness and find a way to carry on. The ethereal "Lost Girls" cleanses Stirling's confusion with a Celtic raver. From there, a handful of guests assist in conveying Stirling's thoughts. Christina Perri adds her effective sentimentality to the title track, mirroring Stirling's soul with lines like "There's some things I should have said/I was too afraid/It was just so hard to let you know/Now it's all too late." From there, Stirling enters "The Arena" to get dirty with her demons, before rising from the ashes on the explosive "The Phoenix," which is what one might imagine if Nero hired a classical violinist. Shiny Toy Guns/Versant vocalist Carah Faye conveys Stirling's faith and trust in God on "Where Do We Go," while country duo Dan + Shay step out of their boots for a shimmering dose of nostalgia on "Those Days." Blues-rocker ZZ Ward adds gritty soul to the empowering "Hold My Heart" and Andrew McMahon carries the torch even further with the adventurous "Something Wild." Weezer's Rivers Cuomo and Christian rapper Lecrae appear on "Don't Let This Feeling Fade," but their star power never overshadows Stirling. On an album without a skippable track, the standouts are big moments like the tropical-trap jam "Prism" and the propulsive glory of the unique "Mirage" with Indian-American femcee Raja Kumari. Over 13 tracks of rousing violin stompers, Stirling continuously proves that she can party just as well as she can stir the soul. However, on the closing number, Stirling releases a wallop of sentiment. "Gavi's Song" is somber and mournful, a sweeping piano-violin gem that she began writing with the late Gaviati, later finishing it on her own. It's a quietly devastating heartbreaker that manages to lift the spirit with a tiny sparkle of hope. It ends with a faint recording of a demo session with Gavi, his voice the final sound on the album. It's a fitting tribute on an album infused with his spirit. That heart is central to what makes Brave Enough so successful: it's not just about cool crossover sounds anymore, it's about hitting that emotional target. Stirling and company pull it off quite nicely and Brave Enough ends up being one of her most listenable, enjoyable, and emotionally satisfying efforts. Live from London. Filmed at London's Forum Theater in 2014, Live from London is electronic violinist, dancer, and YouTube sensation Lindsey Stirling's first concert DVD/CD. Filmed and recorded during her 2014 tour in support of her second studio album Shatter Me, which reached number two on the Billboard Top 200 album chart, the 16-track collection features dynamic performances of some of Stirling's most resonant classical-pop confections, including "All of Me," "Crystallize," "Beyond the Veil," and "Stars Align."
