State of California – Natural Resources Agency DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION California State Parks "150 Years Commemorative" Vehicle Day Use Annual Pass ~ Terms and Conditions ~  Valid for entry of one passenger vehicle with capacity of nine people or less or one motorcycle at many state parks where a vehicle day use fee is collected. Valid for 12 months from date of purchase.  This pass must be displayed on the rearview mirror or vehicle dashboard when visiting state parks that honor this pass. To avoid theft, motorcycle passholders should present the hangtag at the entrance station in exchange for a day use ticket, utilizing self-pay envelopes where no attendant is available. ~ Restrictions ~

 The 150 Years Commemorative Vehicle Day Use Annual Pass will not be honored at certain high demand or locally operated parks, or at Off-Highway Vehicle Recreation (OHV) parks.  The pass is not valid for camping, oversize vehicle fees, extra vehicle fees or other fees such as tour fees, swimming pool fees or boat facilities, or at parks charging per-person entry fees such as Hearst San Simeon State Historical Monument, California State Railroad Museum, etc.  This pass is not valid for commercial use. State Park admittance and use are subject to available space. Pass holders may be required to pay separate or additional fees.  All sales are final. No refunds, replacements or exchanges will be made for any reason, including but not limited to: loss, theft, or environmental conditions such as low water levels, fire, park closures or inclement weather.
