COLLOCATION SERVICE 119.1 General (M) 119.1.1 Verizon (hereafter referred to as the Company) shall provide collocation services in accordance with, and subject to, the terms and conditions of this Tariff and any additional applicable regulations in other Company tariffs. The Company shall provide collocation services under this tariff only to those parties which have an effective interconnection agreement with the Company for this state under Sections 251 and 252 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996, or have adopted such an agreement pursuant to Section 252(i) thereof. Requesting carriers may also seek to negotiate rates, terms, and conditions that are in addition to, or different from, the rates, terms, and conditions in this tariff to the extent permitted by applicable law.
