Habitual Sex Offender (offenders convicted prior to 1-1-08) must register twice annually for 20 years. Sexual Predator (offenders convicted prior to 1-1-08) must register every 90 days for life. Sexual predators are also subject to community notiication, which means upon a change of residential address, the County Sheriff will provide notice to a neighborhood within 1000 feet of a sexual predator’s residential address. The County Sheriff will also provide notice to schools, pre-schools, licensed day care providers, and law enforcement agencies within the county. Tier I Sex Offender (offenders convicted after 1-1-08) must register once annually for 15 years. Tier II Sex Offender (offenders convicted after 1-1-08) must register twice annually for 25 years. Tier III Sex Offender (offenders convicted after 1-1-08) must register every 90 days for life. Tier III sex offenders may also be subject to community notiication when ordered by the sentencing Court, which means if public notiication was ordered by the sentencing Court, upon a change of residential address, the County Sheriff will provide notice to a neighborhood within 1000 feet of a Tier III Sex Offender’s residential address. The County Sheriff will also provide notice to schools, pre-schools, licensed day care providers, and law enforcement agencies within the county. Davidson is cooperating with the probe and has provided investigators with "certain limited electronic information," according to the lawyer's spokesman. Cohen, Trump's longtime adviser, and Davidson, a Los Angeles lawyer, have crossed paths at least five times in the past two years. In the most recent instance, Cohen collected a fee said to be hundreds of thousands of dollars in a deal Davidson helped orchestrate. New attorneys for Davidson's former clients, Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal, both of whom allege they had affairs with Trump years ago, say the relationship between Cohen and Davidson has seemed too cozy. "This is supposed to be an adversarial process," said Daniels' attorney, Michael Avenatti. "These guys should not be in the same bedroom, let alone the same bed." Cohen did not respond to requests for comment. Nor did his lawyers Brent Blakely and Stephen Ryan. In a recent interview with The Washington Post, Davidson rejected the suggestion that his dealings with Cohen were in any way improper, saying they have a "purely professional" relationship and did not meet in person until early 2018.

Yeager* INTRODUCTION The origin of this Article is a September 12, 1991 faculty meeting I attended that was brie¯y preempted by a colleague's revelation that two days earlier, a Marion County, Indiana grand jury had indicted former heavyweight boxing cham- pion Mike Tyson for the rape of Desiree Washington. Washington, who was in Indianapolis representing Rhode Island at the Miss Black America beauty pageant, met Tyson, a celebrity guest of the pageant, at a rehearsal on July 17, 1991.1 Two days later, Tyson called Washington at 1:30 a.m., agitating to see her.2 After Tyson picked Washington up from the Omni Severin Hotel in a chauffeured limousine, he told her they would be taking a brief detour to retrieve an item from his room at the Canterbury Hotel.3 At 2:00 a.m., the two entered room 606 at the Canterbury, which Washington left an hour later for the Omni.4 An hour after that, Tyson left Indianapolis and headed for Cleveland.5 The next day, Washington was admitted to the Methodist Hospital emergency room, where she reported the rape.6 From the moment police became involved, Tyson continuously denied the accusation.7 In response to the news that Tyson might be a rapist, my colleague gave the fol- lowing summary: On the one hand, I would hate to see a male celebrity athlete, who gets paid to be violent, violate some comparatively low-status personÐan 18-year-old beauty queenÐas though her right to choose her sexual partners doesn't even matter.
