THE INTERNATIONAL UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE PROSPECTUS 5 WHAT IS THE INTERNATIONAL UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE?
The International Undergraduate Degree is a package exclusively designed for international students to help them obtain a full bachelor’s degree. It consists of studying the first year of a bachelor’s degree at a NCUK Study Centre (International Year One qualification), with progression to leading universities to complete the second and third year of an undergraduate degree.

Successful completion of the International Year One qualification provides students with guaranteed access to NCUK Universities, with options to progress to degree courses in the United Kingdom and Australia.
This allows students to:

What are the Entry Requirements?
To gain entry onto the International Year One qualification you must meet either of the following entry requirements:
CHECK 2 x D grades from the NCUK International Foundation Year CHECK 2 x D grades at A-level CHECK 24 points or more on the International Baccalaureate CHECK GPA of 2.0 first year pass from a US Degree CHECK Plus many other qualifications. For full details of the entry requirements for your country, please visit the NCUK website: www.ncuk.ac.uk/ncuk-qualifications You are also required to hold an IELTS of 5.5 (or equivalent) or D grade from the NCUK English for Academic Purposes module.

It is also home to the rugby league team Huddersfield Giants and football premiership team (17/18 & 18/19) Huddersfield Town Football Club.
