The mixed-use development will cover an area of 250 square kilometres. The city will be divided into four main districts: Educational City, Finance City, Leisure City and Ecological City. The development will include Olympic Stadium, residences, hotels and retail facilities. Around 450,000 new jobs will be created, and around 700,000 residents could be housed in the city.
