6. EAST RIDING DRAFT LOCAL PLAN – Consultation letter dated 31st January 2013 and extracts of information received (Please bring to the meeting your copy of the information circulated with the Agenda papers for the meeting held on 18th February 2013.). As previously indicated the full information can be viewed on East Riding Council’s website www.eastriding.gov.uk/erlocalplan or at the Customer Service Centre or Main Library in .

7. PLANNING APPLICATIONS: (a) Applications Received: To consider any applications for planning permission upon which the Parish Council has been consulted (if any): (i) Norbet Cottage, 152 Hull Road, Woodmansey - Erection of single storey extension to side following demolition of existing (Amended Plans) (ref 13/00681) (ii) 21 Scholefield Avenue, Woodmansey - Erection of 2 storey extension (ref 13/00695) (iii) Land south of former Save Service Station, Victoria Road, Beverley - Variation of Condition 19 of planning permission 10/04333 to remove existing hedge and provide alternative landscaping (ref 13/00536/VAR)

(b) Decisions of the Planning Authority: To report the decisions of the Council on the applications set out below (including any received by the meeting): (i) 10 Newton Drive, Beverley - Erection of single storey extension to side and rear including conversion of existing garage into additional living accommodation following demolition of conservatory (ref 13/00229) - Approved (ii) 24 Chester Avenue, Beverley - Erection of a balcony to rear incorporating a fire escape from existing first floor flat (ref 12/04672) – Refused (The Parish Council supported this application).
