EssentiaCare PPO Plan Provider and Pharmacy Directory 2019 This directory is current as of 11/21/2019. This directory provides a list of EssentiaCare current network providers. This directory is for the EssentiaCare service area that includes these Minnesota counties: Aitkin, Becker, Carlton, Cass, Clay, Crow Wing, Hubbard, Itasca, Lake and St. Louis. This directory also includes these Wisconsin counties: Bayfield, Douglas and Washburn. To access the EssentiaCare online Provider and Pharmacy Directory, you can search ucare.org.
