Enquiries to: Information Team Our Ref: FOI2675098 [email protected] Dear Mr Boyla Freedom of Information Request 2675098 Thank you for your recent request. Your request was actioned under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 in which you requested the following information – Please provide details of work provided by Liverpool City Council contractors, Graham, HA Civils and any others, to Site Safety Consulting, a company owned by David Anderson, son of Lord Mayor of Liverpool, Joe Anderson, or any other related companies. The details I would like Liverpool City Council to provide are: 1. Payments made to SSC or any other related companies. 2. Who took the decision to engage SSC and what the procurement process was. 3. What measures were put in place to manage any conflicts of interest or perceptions of any conflict. 4. Whether any conflict of interest has been registered with Liverpool City Council by Joe Anderson. 5. What meetings have taken place between SSC or related companies and officers of Liverpool City Council. I would like this information about the £3.5 million A57 Kensington/Prescot Road scheme that HA Civils was contractor on and the £6.8 million Churchill Way Flyover demolition, both of which SSC worked on and any other City Council jobs SSC has worked on. Response: Liverpool City Council would advise as follows – 1. No payments have been made by Liverpool City Council to either SSC or related companies. 2. Not applicable. Liverpool City Council did not procure nor have we contracted with SSC or related companies. Amey Consulting procured SSC as they are part of their supply chain. It is a matter for Amey as to which companies or individuals they choose to contract with. 3. Not applicable. Liverpool City Council did not procure nor have we contracted with SSC or related companies and as such there was no contractual relationship. 4. Not applicable.
