The most important procession in Italy! the Mysteries occurs in Trapani during Good Friday and lasts 24 hours ; for over 400 years, this procession has represented the passion and death of Christ through 20 sculptures being carried in procession along the main streets.

Our regional experts

The island of Sicily is as big as 23 Hong Kong in terms of area, different area has its very distinct cultures and landscape uniqueness. The program combining local experts from different region, including expert from Trapani in the west, Agrigento in the South, Catania and Siracusa in the East. Our local experts will lead the group in some areas, namely, the off the beaten path destination Sant’Angelo Muxaro, Mt. Etna, Vally of the Temple. (other areas will focus on photography and leisure)

Highlights Walking in the wild experience Sant’Angelo Muxaro is deﬁnitely a hidden gem in Agrigento province， a little hill top village where said to have civilisation happened here 1200BC. We will follow the local mountain guide to have a pleasurable walk among the spring ﬂower blossom.

Sicily is known for its all-year-round sunshine, completely surrounded by the sea, the freshest seafood and all kind of produce is wonderfully abundant. All restaurants and menu offers in the tour are hand-picked by Maggie, sharing her passion about food and wine, she will arrange a good variety of authentic food, from street food to centuries-old kitchen to fine dinning, wine pairing meal in the best winery in Etna. “Street food” has always been part of Sicilian culture. We will arrange a “sweeping street” in Palermo. below examples show some typical dinners we offer, like how the Sicilian eat, each dinner you will be served three courses - first course- Italian name- antipasti (some typical local starters to share) second course- Italian name- primi (usually pasta, Sicily has many different type of pasta) Main course- Italian name- secondi (usually fish or meat) above are just example, not necessarily means the same arrangement in every restaurants, sometimes dessert will be served as one of the course.
