A reduction of the field will occur after 72 holes to the top 70 and any players tying for the 70th place. Final round will be played on the Hills Course. Yardage books will be available for purchase in the golf shop at $25 per book. Pairings for Tournament Competition Each player will be randomly assigned to either the (1) Hills-Jones-Hills-Jones or (2) Jones-Hill-Jones-Hill course rotation for Rounds 1 through 4. Players will remain in their same pairings for Rounds 1 and 2. For Rounds 3 and 4 players will be re-paired by score within their respective rotation group. After 72 holes, a cut will be made to the top 70 players and ties. Players making the 72-hole cut will be repaired by score for the final round to be played on the Hills course. Caddie Information All players must have a caddie. Caddies will not be provided by the LPGA or LPGA International so please plan ahead. *Reminder: Pull carts will not be allowed. Dress Code Players shall present a neat appearance appropriate to the game of golf in both clothing and grooming. Player Registration Date Location Time Monday, November 28th LPGA International Clubhouse 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. EDT (please register before playing/practicing) All entrants must register in person or state late arrival time to an LPGA official. In the absence of such notification, the LPGA will withdraw the player from the event. Yardage Books Yardage books available in the LPGA International Golf Shop for each course at a fee of $25.00 per book inclusive of sales tax. Official Practice Rounds Official practice rounds will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, November 28th and Tuesday, November 29th on either the Hills or Jones courses (no additional fees will be charged). There will be no tee time assignments; first-come, first-serve. Practice rounds will begin on Hole #1 ONLY. A player may start a 9-hole practice round on #10 after 9:00 a.m. ONLY if there is not a group on #9 at that time. The maximum number of players per group is 3. Official practice rounds on the dates listed are for players only. LPGA driving range will be available for players beginning Monday, November 28th – December 4th. The back of the LPGA International driving range and the practice academy will be closed to all contestants Monday, November 28th – December 4th. Advance Practice Contestants playing LPGA International prior to the official practice rounds may call 386-274-5742 to reserve tee times. In the event you play the courses Friday, November 25th, Saturday, November 26th, or Sunday, November 27th, this is the busiest golf weekend of the year. Tee times are open to the public, so be prepared to be paired up, and please do not use this round as a “Practice Round” by hitting additional balls. Please review the information sheet below from LPGA International for more information. Any questions on advance practice need to be directed to the LPGA International golf staff. *LPGA and Symetra Tour members may play LPGA International at no charge with their 2016 credential. There will not be a list to reference nor will the golf staff call the LPGA/Symetra Tour to verify. Only the hard credential will provide complimentary golf. Call the golf shop at 386-523-2001. Identify yourself as participating in the 2016 LPGA Qualifying School. Please provide the names of the people that will be playing with you. Please a maximum of 4 people per tee time. Tee times can be made 14 days in advance of play. What are the LPGA International Golf Shop and Course hours of Operation? The LPGA International Golf Shop is open 7 days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Driving range closes one half hour after the golf shop closes. All carts must be returned to the cart staging area at dark. What is the dress code at LPGA International? Is the dress code just for me? The dress code calls for proper golf attire which includes shirts with a collar, no denim etc. The dress code is published and may be found in the golf shop or website, www.lpgainternational.com, and applies to everyone in your party. Check into the golf shop at LPGA International Tell staff members your name and tee time Pay appropriate green fees You will receive a ticket for play from the golf shop staff. Show ticket to the outside service staff to receive a cart. Please arrive at first tee 10 minutes prior to tee time. Provide the starter with approved ticket for play. The starter will give you the receipt back for your records For use of the driving range, please check in the golf shop Tell the staff member you will be using the driving range. You can purchase range tokens at that time. You can purchase additional range tokens to be used at later date.
