Physical/Registration ● valid for 1 year from date of exam. Attendance & Eligibility Grades/Eligibility • 2.0 gpa each grading period • AP/Honors courses are NOT weighted in athletic gpa or awards. • Athletic Waiver - one time waiver to students below a 2.0 gpa. • May not use waiver if ineligible in back to back grading periods. • Waivers are not available for any student below a 1.5 gpa Academic Eligilbity ● Grades are checked every 6 weeks. Athletes unable to maintain an unweighted 2.0 gpa will not be allowed in any contest. Team Support category includes: Team Snap program, field house improvements, training room ice machine, rental for outside training facilities, soccer coach license coursework, and outside sports clinics. Equipment category includes, but not limited to: football helmets, golf bags, volleyball standards. Various baseball, softball and other spring 2018-2019 school year sport equipment requests. Other items: all tournament fees and transportation costs, 3 college scholarships, filming and video software.
