Moore Appointed Head of ABN AMRO's North American Business Press Relations About ABN AMRO (HQ 9140) Worldwide Presence Robert J. Moore, currently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for P.O. Bobins, who in January announced he would retire at year-end. As the head of ABN AMRO and LaSalle in North America, Robert will chair the North American Regional Management Committee and serve as a member ABN AMRO's Group Business Committee (GBC) and the LaSalle Bank Corporation Board of Directors. He will have ultimate responsibility for all activities in the US and Canada and matrixed responsibility for the North American activities of all ABN AMRO global business units, services and functional areas.

Robert recently rejoined ABN AMRO as Chief Financial Officer for North American operations, including LaSalle Bank, in September 2006. He previously worked for ABN AMRO in North America from 1996 to 2001. Prior to rejoining the organization, he spent six years at Diageo PLC in London, where he was Chief Financial Officer for and Great Britain.

ABN AMRO's - Business Unit North America: The North American Business Unit (BU NA) brings together ABN AMRO's and LaSalle Bank Corporation's client activities in the United States and Canada, forming one of the largest foreign-owned financial holding companies in North America with total assets of approximately $217 billion (as of 12/31/06).

The BU NA services clients across multiple business lines, including the consumer, commercial, and institutional segments, with a focus on mid-market clients.
