और यतः, ान के े म ती गत और मानव संसाधन क परवतनशील अपेाओं से यह आवयक हो गया है क शैणक अनसंधानु और वकास क ऐसी संसाधनपणू और वरत और उतरदायी णाल सिजतृ क जाये जो एक आवयक वनयामक यवथा के अधीन उयमतापणू उसाह से काय कर सके और ऐसी णाल, उचतर शा 15¼2½ jktLFkku jkt&i=] vizsy 27] 2015 Hkkx 4 ¼d½ म कायरत पयात संसाधन और अनभवु रखने वाल ाइवेट संथाओं को व ववयालय क थापना करने के लए अनातु करने से और ऐसे व ववयालय को ऐसे वनयामक उपबंध से, जो ऐसी संथाओं के कु शल कायकरण को सनिचतु कर, नगमत करने से सिजतृ क जा सकती है; और यत:, राम बजाज फाउ डेशन सोसाइट, बीकानेर, जो राज थान सोसाइट रिजकरण अधनयम, 1958 (1958 का अधनयम सं. 28) के अधीन रिजार, सोसाइटज, बीकानेर के कायालय म रिज करण सं. 174/बीकानेर/2010-11 दनांक 03.09.2010 पर रिजक ृ त एक सोसाइट है; और यतः, उ त राम बजाज फाउ डेशन सोसाइट, बीकानेर ने राजथान राय म ाम खारा, तहसील बीकानेर, िजला बीकानेर म अनसु चीू 1 म यथा वनदट भौतक और शैणक दोन कार क शैक अवसंरचनाएं थापत कर ल ह और अनसु चीू 2 म वनदट शाखाओं म अनसंधानु और अययन के लए एक वववयालय म उत अवसंरचना का वनधान करने के लए सहमत हो गयी है और इस अधनयम के उपबंध के अनसारु वयास नध क थापना म उपयोिजत कये जाने के लए दो करोड़ पये क रकम भी जमा करा द है; और यतः, उपयुत अवसंरचना क पयातता क जांच राय सरकार वारा इस नमत नयतु समत वारा कर ल गयी है िजसके सदय कु लपत, महाराजा गंगा संह वववयालय, बीकानेर, नदेशक, महावयालय शा राजथान, जयपर,ु संकायाय, वध संकाय, महाराजा गंगा संह वववयालय, बीकानेर, संकायाय, शा संकाय, महाराजा गंगा संह वववयालय, बीकानेर, संकायाय, वान संकाय, महाराजा गंगा संह वववयालय, बीकानेर, ाचाय, सरदार पटेल चकसा महावयालय, बीकानेर, ाचाय, राजकय अभयांक महावयालय, बीकानेर और संकायाय, पशचकु सा वान, राजथान पशचकु सा एवं पश ु वान वववयालय, बीकानेर थे; 2 Hkkx 4 ¼d½ jktLFkku jkt&i=] vizsy 27] 2015 15¼3½ और यतः, यद उपयुत अवसंरचना का उपयोजन व ववयालय के प म नगमन म कया जाता है और उत राम बजाज फाउ डेशन सोसाइट, बीकानेर को व ववयालय चलाने के लए अनातु कया जाता है तो इससे राय क जनता के शैणक वकास म योगदान होगा; अत:, भारत गणरा य के छयासठव वष म राजथान रा य वधान-म डल न नलखत अधनयम बनाता है:- 1. संत नाम, सार और ारभ.- (1) इस अधनयम का नाम आर.एन.बी. लोबल व ववयालय, बीकानेर अधनयम, 2015 है। (2) इसका सार सपणू राजथान राय म है। (3) यह तरु त वतृ होगा। 2. परभाषाएं.- इस अधनयम म, जब तक क संदभ से अयथा अपेत न हो,- (क) ''अ.भा.त.श.प.'' से अखल भारतीय तकनीक शा परष अधनयम, 1987 (1987 का केय अधनयम सं. 52) के अधीन थापत अखल भारतीय तकनीक शा परष अभेत है; (ख) ''वै.औ.अ.प.'' से केय सरकार क वतपोषण एजेसी- वैानक और औयोगक अनसंधानु परष , नई दल अभेत है; (ग) ''द.श.प.''ू से इंदरा गांधी राय मतु व ववयालय अधनयम, 1985 (1985 का केय अधनयम सं. 50) क धारा 28 के अधीन थापत दरथू शा परष अभेत है; (घ) ''दरथू शा'' से संचार अथात ् सारण, टेलकॉिटंग, पाचार पायम, सेमनार, संपक कायम और ऐसी ह कसी अय कायपत के कसी भी दो या अधक साधन के संयोजन वारा द गयी शा अभेत है; (ङ) ''व.ौ.व.'' से केय सरकार का वान और ौयोगक वभाग अभेत है; 3 15¼4½ jktLFkku jkt&i=] vizsy 27] 2015 Hkkx 4 ¼d½ (च) ''कमचार'' से व ववयालय म काय करने के लए व ववयालय वारा नयुत कोई यित अभेत है और इसम व ववयालय के अयापक, अधकार तथा अय कमचार सिमलत ह; (छ) ''फस'' से वववयालय वारा छा से कया गया संहण, िजसे चाहे कसी भी नाम से जाना जाये, अभेत है, जो तदेय नहं है; (ज) ''सरकार'' से राजथान क राय सरकार अभेत है; (झ) ''उचतर शा'' से 10 +2 तर से ऊपर ान के अययन के लए पायचया या पायम का अययन अभेत है; (ञ) ''छाावास'' से वववयालय या उसके महावयालय, संथाओं या के के छा के लए वववयालय वारा इस प म संधारत या मायताात नवास थान अभेत है; (ट) ''भा.कृ .अ.प.'' से सोसाइट रिजकरण अधनयम, 1860 (1860 का केय अधनयम सं. 21) के अधीन रिजकृ त सोसाइट-भारतीय कृ ष अनसंधानु परष अभेत है; (ठ) ''भा.आ.प.'' से भारतीय आयवानु परष अधनयम, 1956 (1956 का केय अधनयम सं.102) क धारा 3 के अधीन गठत भारतीय आयवानु परष अभेत है; (ड) ''रा.न..प.'' से वववयालय अनदानु आयोग क एक वायत संथा-राय नधारण और यायन परष , बंगलोर अभेत है; (ढ) ''रा.अ.श.प.'' से राय अयापक शा परष अधनयम, 1993 (1993 का केय अधनयम सं. 73) क धारा 3 के अधीन गठत राय अयापक शा परष अभेत है; ANSWER MINISTER OF HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT ( SMT. SMRITI ZUBIN IRANI ) (a) During the years 2013, 2014 and 2015, 24 State Universities, 2 Central Universities and 83 Private Universities have been established. The State-wise list of such Universities is placed at Annexure-I. (b) Chancellors and Vice-Chancellors in Private Universities are appointed as per the provisions of the Act of the University concerned. (c) Private Universities are regulated by the University Grants Commission(UGC) (Establishment of and Maintenance of Standards in Private Universities) Regulations, 2003. As per the provisions contained in these Regulations, UGC has conducted inspection of 139 Private Universities with the help of Expert Committees. These Committees visited Universities to ascertain fulfilment of criteria by these Universities in terms of programmes, faculty, infrastructural facilities, financial viability, etc.

It is the ability of the mind to build mental scenes, objects or events that do not exist, are not present, or have happened in the past. Everyone possesses a certain degree of imagination ability. The imagination manifests in various degrees in various people. In some, it is highly developed, and in others, it manifests in a weaker form. Imagination makes it possible to experience a whole world inside the mind. It gives the ability to look at any situation from a different point of view, and to mentally explore the past and the future. This ability manifests in various forms, one of which is daydreaming. Though too much idle daydreaming may make one impractical, a certain degree daydreaming, while not being engaged in something that requires attention, provides temporary happiness, calmness and relief from stress. In your imagination, one can travel anywhere, without any obstacle. It makes you feel free, though temporarily, and only in the mind, from tasks, difficulties and unpleasant circumstances. Imagination is not limited only to seeing pictures in the mind. It includes all the five senses and the feelings. One can imagine a sound, taste, smell, a physical sensation or a feeling or emotion. For some people it is easier to see mental pictures, others find it easier to imagine a feeling, and some are more comfortable imagining the sensation of one of the five senses.
