The air rights that are the subject of this report are those air rights generated by Piers 59, 60 & 61 of the Hudson River Park, (“Granting Site”), legally identified as Block 662 Lots 11, 16 and 19 on the NYC Assessor’s map. The air rights are available to be transferred to those eligible properties located within one block west of 12 th Avenue in the Community Board including 601 West 29 th Street/301- 309 11 th Avenue, hereafter referred to as 601 West 29 th Street (“Receiving Site”).
