SPRINGFIELD CARDINALS GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS • Purchase, use or acceptance of this gift card constitutes acceptance of these conditions. • This card expires five years from the date of initial issuance and unused balances are forfeited at the time of expiration. • This card may be used only for purchasing tickets at springfieldcardinals.com, at any open Hammons Field ticket window or by calling 417-863-2143 or for purchases at concessions and retail locations at Hammons Field. • There is a $1.50 charge per gift card for purchases made on-line or over the telephone. • If the amount of your gift card does NOT cover the total purchase amount, you will need to pay for the remainder of the purchase with a valid form of payment. • If the amount of your gift card is for MORE than the total order amount, the balance amount will be stored on your gift card account for future use. • Gift cards are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash, except under certain circumstances provided by law in some states including but not limited to CA, CO, ME, MA, MT, RI, VT, WA, OK and OR. • Please safeguard the card as it cannot be replaced or replenished if lost, stolen or used without authorization. • Springfield Cardinals Gift Cards are reloadable. • Items paid for with a gift card will be subject to applicable sales tax. • Gift cards may not be resold by unauthorized vendors. • The cash value of a gift card is 1/10 of one cent. • The face value of a gift card is in US dollars. • Gift cards are void where prohibited. • SPRINGFIELD CARDINALS, LLC, AND MINOR LEAGUE BASEBALL (AS DEFINED IN THE SPRINGFIELDCARDINALS.COM TERMS OF USE) MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT THAT A GIFT CARD IS NONFUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES.
