Hic magno natu ipse iam exonerare praegra vante turba regnum cupiens, Bellovesum ac Segovesum, sororis filios, inpigros iuvenes, missurum se esse in quas dii dedissent auguriis sedes ostendit: quantum" ipsi vellent numerum ho minum excirent, ne qua gens arcere advenientes posset. Tacito: Germania GERMANIA 1.

  • Germany in Prophecy BICOG Publication
Germany in Prophecy BICOG Publication By Peter Salemi This booklet is not to be sold. It is a free educational service in the public interest, published by the British-Israel Church of God.] Germany in Prophecy The Bible is a book of governments. It dealt with the world ruling governments of the ancient world, and it deals with the modern day superpowers of Today! What does prophecy say about this coming Beast that will come on the world scene in the very near future? What nation will he come from? In the book of Revelation Jesus fights the Beast at his coming. In the Old Testament, prophecies, YHWH, who is Christ, fights the “Assyrian” at his coming, and then sets up the Kingdom of God. Notice the Old Testament prophecies: Isaiah 30 reveals the “Mountain of YHWH” being set up (verse 29), meaning the Kingdom of God, see Isaiah 2; Micah 4; Daniel 2:35, 40-45. Then, “... through the voice of YHWH shall the Assyrian be beaten down, which smote with a rod” (v.31). At the time of the setting up of the Kingdom of God, God will strike at the “Assyrian,” and defeat him because they make war with him. The method of destroying the Assyrian is by the “Voice” of God, by divine Command. As another scripture says, “Then shall the Assyrian fall with the sword, not of a mighty man; and the sword, not of a mean man, shall devour him: but he shall flee from the sword, and his young men shall be discomfited.” (Isaiah 31:8).

  • Could Bible Prophecy Ignore Germany?
Germany in Prophecy! Plain Truth Magazine December 1962 Volume: Vol XXVII, No.12 (In the original text published by the Worldwide Church of God under Herbert W Armstrong.) Khrushchev has promised the West a new crisis over Berlin. Will Russia sign a separate peace treaty with Communist East Germany? Here's what's really behind the struggle in Europe — and what history and prophecy say will be the outcome! WHERE is Germany mentioned in Biblical prophecy? Or are the German people mentioned at all? The German people stand today in the very shadow of the Iron Curtain. Germany at this moment holds the key to Europe's destiny and to Western defense. German industry and transportation constitute the heart and arteries of Europe. Without the beating of the German heart, Europe would quickly stagger and fall before the ravages of atheistic Communism. Germany has been the center of the world's two greatest wars and of the scourge of Nazism. Seventeen years ago, TWO YEARS AFTER THE NAZI MOVEMENT WENT UNDERGROUND, Germany appeared destroyed forever as a mighty nation. It seemed she could never rise again. Yet today — seventeen years after Germany was completely destroyed — today, with the Iron Curtain still dividing her people, Germany is once again the vibrant heart of Europe. We commonly hear of the economic "miracle of Germany." Never has there been anything like Germany's revival in history. But Germany's revival is also MILITARY and POLITICAL. This time Germany does not stand almost alone — she is the leading power in a gigantic European Combine — the Common Market.

  • Germany in Prophecy by Peter Salemi
Germany in Prophecy By Peter Salemi The Bible is a book of governments. It dealt with the world ruling governments of the ancient world, and it deals with the modern day superpowers of Today! The Gospel itself is message about the last superpower that is to come, and that is the government or kingdom of God! Set up by Jesus Christ, and Jesus being its King! The Gospel is also an advance witness and warning to the NATIONS unless they repent, and be ready for the coming of the Kingdom of God! Now, what does prophecy say about this coming Beast that will come on the world scene in the very near future? Where will he come from? What Happened to Assyria? After the fall of Assyria by Babylon, what happened to the Assyrians? This nation seems to have vanished from History? Or did they? The Bible plainly says that Assyria will play a vital role in this end time. What happened to them? The book of Nahum shows that these people migrated NORTH in to the mountains towards Europe: “Thy shepherds slumber, O king of Assyria: thy nobles shall dwell in the dust: thy people is scattered upon the mountains, and no man gathereth them” (3:18). The only mountains that are in the region of Assyria are the Caucasus Mountains between the Black and the Caspian Sea. The Assyrian nation was situated just SOUTH of those mountains, and it was often a place of refuge from danger. In the book of Kings the princes of Assyria took refuge there: “So Sennacherib king of Assyria departed, and went and returned, and dwelt at Nineveh.
