The Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 provides more detail about what an authority should include in its annual monitoring report (AMR). 1.2 The AMR must be made available for inspection and put on the council's website. The Harrogate District Local Plan AMR 2016 covers the period from 1 April 2015 to 31 March 2016, but also, where appropriate, includes details up to the time of publication. 1.3 This AMR contains details relating to: the progress made on documents included in the Local Development Scheme (LDS); progress with Neighbourhood Plans; co-operation with other local planning authorities; the community infrastructure levy; monitoring indicators; and the availability of a five year housing land supply.
