BBQ AND Grade 2 SLEEPOVER A big thank you to the staff that worked so hard to organise and run a very successful Prep-2 BBQ and grade 2 sleepover. Despite the uncomfortably hot evening, the children had lots of fun participating in cooking and games, enjoying a sausage in bread expertly cooked by Mrs W and Mr Venn and ending up with a much appreciated icy pole. The grade 2s then went on to have some more fun in pass the parcel, before getting ready for the movie, ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’. Needless to say due to the warm night and general excitement a restless night was had by all! Grades 1 and 2 - ‘How has Geelong Changed Over Time’ This term the grade one and two children have been investigating the question – ‘How has Geelong Changed Over Time?’ Following a walk along the Waterfront to map some features of Corio Bay and study the bollards, the children have worked very diligently to create their own bollard to help tell the story of Geelong’s history. These are currently very proudly displayed in the foyer, so if you have a few spare minutes come and enjoy all the children’s hard work. NEW UNIFORMS: Deal directly with Coastal Uniforms.
