The flat surface side on the UCS Tear Drop Trainer supports the entire body throughout the motion while the unique bowl side enables advanced athletes to maintain proper body position under their own strength. A flattened radius en - courages snap down, ensures the equipment does not roll over onto the athlete and returns the trainer to the starting position after each attempt. The unique shape requires proper weight transfer and take off to initiate the roll.
