El treball presenta un anàlisis del diferents aspectes tècnics, operacionals, econòmics i legals, amb la finalitat de determinar la viabilitat del centre de formació. Tot allò, en base al estudi del entorn aeronàutic marroquí. Des d’un punt de vista teòric aquest treball ofereix a més a més una proposta sobre la regulació dels convenis de formació entre universitats de diferents països. -
