This law shall apply to private judicial enforcement agents who perform their procedural actions for the mandatory enforcement of executive titles, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Procedure Code, the Civil Code, other legal acts, as well as to other private and state entities, which are involved in the enforcement process.
