RING DIMENSIONS: Grand Prix Ring: 340 ft. by 200 ft. Hunter Annex 280 ft. by 90 ft. Asbury Ring: 300 ft. by 150 ft. Outdoor Schooling: 100 ft. by 240 ft. Indoor Schooling: 180 ft. by 80 ft. All rings are sand and fine mixed all weather footing Derby Field: 450 ft. by 275 ft.

DIRECTIONS FROM the East heading WEST on ROUTE 78 Route 78 WEST to EXIT 11, Route 173/West Portal. Off the exit, follow signs to stay on ROUTE 173 WEST; Continue for 2 miles and exit off Route 173 bearing right onto BRUNSWICK AVE. Make the right onto ASBURY/W PORTAL ROAD. Go 1/4 mile, make the first left onto VALLEY STATION ROAD. Cross over the green bridge (Valley Station turns into WOLVERTON Road). The entrance to The Ridge Farm @ Riverview is the first GRAVEL driveway on the left.

FROM the East heading WEST (Truck Route) Route 78 West to exit 7, Rt 173 West, go approx. ½ mile, make first right (just past Musconetcong River) onto Bloomsbury Asbury Road. Go approx. 2.5 miles turn right onto Wolverton Road. Turn right on first gravel driveway on right.

FROM the West (PA) heading EAST on ROUTE 78 Route 78 EAST to EXIT 6. This is the exit for the. Weigh Station. Go to the end of the ramp and make a LEFT onto BLOOMSBURY ROAD. Continue about 2 ½ miles (road becomes Asbury Bloomsbury Road) and make a RIGHT onto WOLVERTON ROAD. The Ridge Farm @ Riverview is the first gravel driveway on the right.

RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. Pre-entries will be accepted by the end of the day October 4th for Week I and October 13h for Week II. 2. Stalls must be reserved with Payment by October 1st, after that stalls cannot be guaranteed. Email [email protected] to reserve stalls and submit payment. Stalls are limited! 3. A $60.00 Office/EMT fee will be charged to all entries. Entries received after the closing date will be charged a $25 post entry fee. There will be a $100 non-showing horse fee. 4. All hunter and equitation entries will be subject to a $20 schooling fee. 5. Stalls as available will be 10’ by 10’ temporary stalls with doors. Stall Fee $275 by the closing date with payment secured. $50 Late Stall Fee will be charged for stalls not ordered by the closing date. Stall fees are NON-REFUNDABLE after the closing date of entries. No initial bedding provided. No wiring of any kind allowed in the stabling areas. 6. Refunds: If a horse becomes injured or ill prior to showing in any class, a refund of the entry fees will be made upon presentation of a Veterinarian’s certificate. Certificates must be presented by the end of the show week. A processing fee of $50 will be deducted from the refund for any legitimately excused horse. 7. A valid form of payment must be on file with the show office in order for back numbers to be issued. In addition to Checks, Credit Cards are accepted as payment; a 4% convenience fee will be assessed if this option is utilized. 8. $100.00 fee will be charged for any non-negotiable checks. 9. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to have CURRENT MEMBERSHIPS and measurement cards for any and all classes, which require the same. This will include but is not limited to: USEF, Marshall and Sterling, NJPHA, NJHSA, and any other applicable associations. 10. In order for Prize Money to be awarded, Prize Money payee information MUST be provided including name, address, and taxpayer identification number. It is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to provide this information on the entry . 11. Prize Money will be applied to show accounts. If additional Prize Money needs to be issued, it will be mailed within 30 days using the information provided on the entry blank. All Prize Money checks are non-negotiable after 60 days from the date of issue. 12. ASTM/SEI Certified headgear is required at all times when mounted on the show grounds. 13. The Ridge Farm, The Ridge South, LLC, its employees or owners, Nona Garson, George D’Ambrosio, or any member of the show committee will not be held responsible for any accident, loss, theft or dam- age at the show. It shall be the condition of every exhibitor to hold the same blameless or harmless for any accident or loss. 14. The committee reserves the right to cancel, move, combine, or substitute classes at their discretion. 15. A minimum of 8 Entries are needed to run classes offering prize money. Classes offering $1,000 or more in prize money need 12 entries to fill the class. If fewer than 12 entrants choose to compete, 100% Sweepstakes of Entry Fees will be paid as follows: 30%, 20%, 15% 10%, 10%, 10%, 5%. If there are more than 20 in a jumper prize money class offering $600 or more, 25% of every additional rider’s entry fee collected in that class will be added back. 16. Schooling will be permitted only in areas provided by the committee. Back numbers must be issued and worn. 17. Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF Rule- book, will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith. 18. In addition to Zone 2 Specifications, classes/divisions designated as NJHSA, NJPHA, and M&S, clas- ses will be run in accordance with current specifications. 19. A jump order will be established at the in gate with the starter. 20. Jump courses will be posted a minimum of 1 hour before the start of a class. 21. Ties other than first, will remain tied. 22. Sharps containers will be located in the secretary stand. 23. All entries not paid at the horse show will incur a $100.00 late payment fee. 24. All pets must be kept on a leash at all times. 25. Should any question or dispute arise not provided for in these rules, the same shall be referred to show management whose decision shall be final. JUMPER CLASSES

Covid-19 Mitigation Protocols as of 6/1/20

The Ridge is ready to resume safe and controlled sport and lays out the following guidelines and best practices for operation at The Ridge at Riverview. The national governing body of equestrian sport, the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF), has established a comprehensive set of guidelines which we have used as a basis for our protocols. These protocols are also in line with state, local and federal regulations as well as guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC) for Enhanced Competition Safety During the Covid-19 Pandemic. Anyone entering The Ridge at Riverview 3 Wolverton Road Asbury, NJ must adhere to The Ridge at Riverview Covid-19 Policy and Rules while on the property. Those admitted and found not to be in compliance with the rules set forth below will be asked to leave the site and will not be allowed re-entry. Additionally, all Federal, State and local laws that may be applicable at the time of entry must be followed. Management reserves the right to change the action plan at any time as necessary based on State and Local Government requirements. • Temperatures will be taken at the entrance to the farm. Anyone presenting a fever, defined as a temperature of 99.5o (37.5o C) or above per USEF mandatory competition requirements, will not be allowed to enter or given access to the site. There will be no exceptions.

• Persons granted admission will follow the New Jersey Governor’s executive orders requiring all people in New Jersey to wear masks or face coverings in public (except when mounted on a horse), and maintain a 6-foot distance (one horse’s length) from others at all times. A participant cannot be disqualified or penalized for wearing a facemask or face covering while competing. The use of gloves is recommended.

• If you are experiencing ANY of the symptoms related to the Covid-19 virus, PLEASE GO HOME and contact your healthcare professional. For a list of symptoms, visit www.cdc.gov

• The Ridge is open only to Essential People. Trainers, Riders, Grooms, Owners, Competition Staff and Parents attending solely as a minor’s guardian. If you are not one of these, you are not allowed to enter The Ridge, NO SPECTATORS, NO Family or Friends are welcome.

• Trainers will be held responsible for their barns and ensuring that those affiliated with their barns adhere to the rules. Please discuss with everyone the importance of following The Ridge Covid-19 Policy and Rules.

• There are numerous Hand Sanitizers located throughout the site, please use them frequently. Please avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.

• DO NOT LITTER! Please use trash receptacles properly so the staff does not have to touch contaminated items that may have been discarded improperly.

• No one will be allowed inside the Horse Show Office, please use the walk up windows on the outside of the building. Please remain 6’ apart while awaiting your turn.

• In any stabling area you must always wear a mask and practice social distancing by remaining 6’ apart. Non-essential individuals (friends, family members, etc.) should not enter the stabling area.

• There will be NO CONGREGATING anywhere on the site. In the event of a storm, please shelter in your car and do not gather in a tent or barn.

• Courses and Start Times will be posted on www.horseshowing.com.

• No one will be allowed within 6’ of any of the In Gate tents/staff.

• Only one horse and one trainer at a time will be allowed at all in-gates of all rings.

• Ribbons and Awards can be picked up at the show office.

• The Ridge touch surfaces will be disinfected daily but we all need to do our part. Please make the effort to frequently clean, disinfect and sanitize all surfaces and equipment that you or others may encounter. Let’s join together and do our part to keep everyone safe and healthy! By signing this form, I hereby agree to the 2020 COVID-19 Policy and Rules for The Ridge at Riverview Horse Shows. I also certify that I am following the protocols of the USEF COVID-19 Action Plan, specifically the mandatory requirements for Participants. In doing so:

• I have self-monitored my temperature daily for the last two weeks prior to entering the competition grounds and have maintained a temperature below 99.5° F (37.5° C). • I have not exhibited COVID-19 symptoms as described by the CDC in the last two weeks. • I have not tested positive for COVID-19 within the last two weeks. • I have not been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last two weeks. (Exception: Healthcare personnel who have treated patients using appropriate medical-grade PPE during the course of performing professional duties are exempted from this restriction) • I understand and agree that it is my responsibility to wear a facemask or face covering when in a public setting where there is a possibility of being within six feet of another individual, and when not mounted on a horse. • I will self-monitor my own temperature every morning prior to leaving for the show grounds. • If I should begin to experience any symptoms of COVID-19 or exhibit a temperature of 99.5°F (37.5°C) or above after my initial entrance onto the show grounds, I will immediately notify The Ridge at Riverview management and seek medical help. • If I should begin to experience any symptoms of COVID-19 or exhibit a temperature of 99.5°F (37.5°C) or above within 14 days of leaving the competition, I will notify The Ridge at Riverview management and immediately seek medical help. • If I am diagnosed with COVID-19 after arriving at a competition or within 14 days of leaving the competition, I will notify management so specific steps can be made to quarantine others that may have been affected prior to that diagnosis. • I understand that I am required to provide a valid cell phone number and email address so I will receive all notifications from the competition.
