June 1, 2008 Section 31 Deleted Subsection C, Part 5 in its entirety effectively eliminating the requirement of a pump and haul system owner to execute an agreement with a utility providing ultimate treatment of the hauled waste. May 19, 2009 Section 32 Deleted the first sentence in Subsection C, Part 2 in its entirety and replaced it with a new sentence effectively eliminating this prescribed methodology as the only alternative tank abandonment procedure. May 19, 2009 Section 32 Added Part 3, 4 and 5 to Subsection C allowing a third prescribed methodology for tank abandonment procedures, outlining persons authorized to perform such work and describing the Department’s process to ensure conformance to this section of the regulations. December 15, 2009 Section 3 Added definition for “domestic kitchen” which thus, resulted in positioning shifts and re-numbering of the remainder of the section. December 15, 2009 Section 11 Added new Subpart (c) to Subsection A, Part 5 creating a new category (including domestic kitchens) requiring grease traps or, as an alternative, septic tank effluent test. Also, renumbered the original Subpart (c) as now Subpart (d). December 15, 2009 Section 15 Deleted the first sentence of Subsection D, Part 7 and Subparts (a) and (b) in their entirety and replaced with revised language effectively outlining new specific conditions where conventional systems must be designed by a licensed engineer.
