The annual challenge of Mind Sports, sponsored by the BWCI Group, will take place during the October half-term week. Tony Corfe and his team will be running these popular workshop sessions, for children in Years 3 to 10, teaching them how to play a range of strategy games. They will also have an opportunity to try out their skills in the Mind Sports Championship at the end of the week. Details • Workshop Sessions: Monday 23 to Thursday 26 October, 9.30am to 12pm and 1.30pm to 4pm, (no Monday morning session) • Guernsey Mind Sports : Friday 27 October, 9.00am to 5.00pm • Prize giving: Saturday 28 October, 12.30pm, parents welcome to play from 10am • Venue: The Grammar School • Drinks and biscuits are provided! However, if you would like to stay for lunch please bring a packed lunch. (Additional £2 per day) • £12 per workshop session. Entry into the all day Championship on the Friday is optional and costs an additional £20 • Come for the entire week and pay only £100 if you book by 13th October • Complete the form below to apply.
