What is included within this report? This report provides a breakdown of equality information by local authority for Modern Apprenticeship (MA) and Employability Fund (EF) starts in 2020/21. This report is produced annually and is designed to supplement the MA and EF Official Statistics publications. Impact of Covid-19 Throughout 2020/21, the Covid-19 pandemic affected the way MAs and EF are delivered. Although there were limited numbers in Q1, the end of year figures were 18,655 MA starts and 7,955 EF starts.
