• Baroque – style organ built in 1983 for the Graham Taylor Hall Chapel at the Theological Seminary

•Reneker Memorial Organ will be moved to Bond Chapel during the summer of 2012

•Complements the romantic- style E. M. Skinner organ in Rockefeller Chapel

•Non-religious windows will remain in the building

•Chicago Theological Seminary removed and installed many windows at their new location

•Remaining stained glass windows in the GrahamTaylor Chapel will be moved to a new home at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn

• Reneker Memorial Organ move: Begin dismantling the organ in April, actual move during the summer 2012

• Stained glass windows move: Estimate November 2012 but coordinating the renovation schedule with Advocate Christ Medical Center

• Chilled water line installation to 5757 S. University (proposed partial closure of 58th Street): Estimate June 2012 through November 2012

• Phase I for 5757 S. University (proposed removal of parking on the north side of 58th Street): Fundraising underway, estimate construction November 2012 through June 2014

• 58th Street Pedestrian Walkway: Estimate June 2013

• Phase II for 5757 S. University : Estimate December 2013 but dependent upon funding
