Seattle Children’s shuttles for patients and families

Guest Services Shuttle We provide free, wheelchair-accessible transportation between the hospital main campus or Bellevue Clinic and Surgery Center and Sea-Tac Airport, the train station, ferry terminals, or the Greyhound bus station or Bolt bus stop in . Schedule a pick-up or drop-off: Call 206-987-RIDE (7-7433) or email: [email protected]. Please call at least one business day before to reserve a ride. For transportation options between the hospital main campus (Seattle) and other Seattle Children’s locations, call 206-987-9330.

Ronald McDonald Provides free transportation between Children’s main campus in Seattle and House Shuttle the Ronald McDonald House. During the day (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.), call Guest Services at 206-987-9330. At night (Monday-Friday, 6:30 p.m. to 8 a.m.) and on weekends and holidays, call Security at 206-987-2030. Please call at least 45 minutes before you need a ride.

Seattle Cancer Care Provides free transportation between Children’s main campus in Seattle, Seattle Alliance (SCCA) Cancer Care Alliance, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and University Shuttle of Washington Medical Center. Times: Every hour from the River entrance. The first one is at 7:40 a.m., and the last one is at 7 p.m. Schedules are available at the hospital entrance desks or here www.seattlechildrens.org/visitors/transportation

Medicaid Medicaid-approved families may qualify for taxi rides, bus tickets or gas transportation vouchers. If you are at home, call your Medicaid transportation broker at least 5 days before your visit. If you are already at Children’s main campus, stop by the transportation desk on Ocean 8 between 7:30 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you need transportation between Children’s main campus and other Seattle Children’s locations, stop by our transportation desk on Ocean zone, level 8.
