The meeting featured presentations from the arts groups of the islands. The first to speak was Liz Fowler, executive director of Barrier Island Group (B.I.G.) Arts, Fowler began by explaining the improvements that have been made to B.I.G. Arts over the past years. Fowler then proceeded to give a sum- mary of the classes and series that are offered throughout the year, along with a discussion of the various scholarships that B.I.G. Arts offers.
