Saya harap mendapat sokongan Ahli-ahli Yang Berhormat kepada penjelasan daripada Menteri yang berkenaan Anggaran Belanjawan bagi Kementerian dan kalau boleh bayaran 50 sen itu dihapus saya yang berjumlah sebanyak $352,540,272 kan daripada diambil dari tiap-tiap pesakit bagi tahun 1974. Saya suka juga mengucap luar yang mengambil ubat. Sungguhpun sosial dan memberi perkhidmatan ini kepada perkara-perkara ini tidak dapat diberi secara seluruh rakyat di negara kita ini, supaya detail, akan tetapi saya suka menyatakan mereka itu berada di dalam kesihatan yang bahawa perkara-perkara yang telah di baik untuk digunakan di dalam pembangunan bangkitkan di Dewan ini telah diambil ekonomi dan kemajuan masyarakat negara ingatan oleh pegawai-pegawai daripada kita pada masa ini. Telah beberapa kali di Dewan Yang Kementerian saya sentiasa mengkaji ke Mulia ini kita mendengar dan beberapa kali dudukan jawatan Tingkatan Tertinggi bagi disebutkan juga di Dewan ini mcngenai Pegawai-pegawai Perubatan dari semasa perkara-perkara yang tidak puashati ber ke semasa dan jika difikirkan menasabah hubung dengan Kementerian saya. Perkara akan diambil tindakan untuk mengadakan perkara yang dibangkitkan itu ada juga yang tambahan kepada jawatan-jawatan Ting betul, akan tetapi apa yang mendukacitakan katan Tertinggi itu. saya ialah tidak ada disebutkan tentang perkhidmatan-perkhidmatan yang baik yang Berkenaan dengan perkara-perkara air telah dijalankan oleh doktor-doktor dan conditioning dan juga alat-alat yang lain di kakitangan-kakitangan yang berkhidmat Hospital Besar Kuala Lumpur, suka saya dengan Kementerian ini. Dengan tidak di menyatakan bahawa apabila Kementerian sebutkan perkhidmatan-perkhidmatan yang saya mendapat tahu atas kerosakan-ke baik itu, maka seolah-olah kita tidak me rosakan yang telah berlaku satu lapuran ngakui akan perkhidmatan-perkhidmatan penuh telah dihantarkan kepada Ibu Pejabat mereka yang cemerlang itu. Jika sekiranya Jabatan Kerja Raya dan mereka mengambil diperiksa daripada rekod-rekod perkhid tindakan-tindakan yang sesuai di atas matan yang telah dijalankan oleh Kemen perkara itu. Berhubung dengan perkara yang di Tuan Pengerusi, berkenaan dengan bangkitkan oleh Ahli Yang Berhormat dari perkara-perkara yang dibangkitkan oleh Ahli Dato Kramat berkenaan dengan kedudukan Yang Berhormat dari Port Dickson, saya Hospital Besar Kuala Lumpur, saya sukalah dapati bahawa Ahli Yang Berhormat itu menyatakan di sini bahawa Hospital Besar yang sebenarnya tidak faham akan perkhid itu adalah satu ternpat yang selamat bukan matan kesihatan luar bandar. Jika sahaja untuk memberi rawatan-rawatan sekiranya Ahli Yang Berhormat itu bahkan juga menjaga keselamatan dan membaca dengan bersungguh-sungguh harta-benda pesakit-pesakit itu sendiri dan kemajuan-kemajuan dan langkah-langkah jika sekiranya ada terjadi sesuatu kejadian yang akan diambil seperti yang tersebut di yang tidak diingini, ini tidaklah dapat dalam Rengkasan Belanjawan yang di dikatakan bahawa perkhidmatan hospital itu bentangkan di Dewan ini, saya percaya begitu buruk seperti yang dituduh oleh Ahli tentulah Ahli Yang Berhormat itu tidak Yang Berhormat tadi. Di mana-mana tempat akan mengeluarkan banyak pendapat jika orangramai dapat melawat dan pendapat seperti yang telah dikeluarkan di bercampur-gaul dengan pesakit-pesakit, dalam Dewan ini. maka tentulah terjadi perkara luar yang tidak diingini di dalam kawasan tersebut.
