Work alongside our talented reporters, producers, camera crews, gallery staff and researchers. You’ll spend the first three months at college working towards your level 3 NCTJ before choosing an area to specialise in. Regardless of your role, you’ll get maximum support all the way. As soon as you start, you’ll be assigned a Development Coach who’ll track your progress and help you get settled in. You’ll also have a buddy, a more experienced apprentice or ex-apprentice who knows exactly what it’s like to join an apprentice programme like yours. What’s more, your manager will make sure you’re connected to the right people and are achieving your goals.

We’ll also bring you together as an apprentice community at our development days which are designed to set you up for the future.
