DR. RATNESH SINGH Dr. Ratnesh Singh has passed B.P.E., M.P.E., M. Phil from Lakshmibai National Institute of Physical Education (Deemed University), Shaktinagar, Gwalior, M.P., India, with First Division Marks. Ph. D in Physical Education from Lakshmibai National University of Physical Education, Shaktinagar, Gwalior, M.P., India. Diploma in Sports Coaching in Cricket from Netaji Subhas National Institute of Sports (Sports Authority of India), Patiala, Punjab, India. Qualified N.E.T. examination conducted by University Grants Commission, New Delhi. He passed Level-1 Course for Fitness Trainer conducted by National Cricket Academy-Board of Control for Cricket in India, Chinnaswami Stadium, M.G. Road, Bangalore with Distinction. He also passed Level-1 Course for Physiotherapists from The Cricket Association of Bengal, B.C. Roy Club House, Eden Gardens. His field of specialization is Sport Biomechanics and Cricket. He was also Recipient of Merit Scholarship throughout in B.P.E., One Year in M.P.E. and fellowship in M. Phil. Recently I inaugurated the picturesque twin grounds at Mulapadu in Krishna District. I also inaugurated the first- ever historical Test match at Visakhapatnam. After taking a look at the grounds and other infrastructure in different districts of A.P, I am thrilled by the dedicated efforts put in by Dr. Gangaraju and his team. I requested Dr. Gangaraju to give a proposal for developing adventure sports on the hillocks of Mulapadu and other sports infrastructure across the State. Surinder Singh Barmi, a cricket fan from New Delhi against Board for Control of Cricket in India (hereinafter “BCCI”) to the Competition Commission of India (hereinafter “Commission”) under Section 19(1)(a) of The Competition Act, 2002 (hereinafter ”Act”) on November 02, 2010. The Commission, upon examination of the facts of the information, passed an order under Section 26(1), on December 09, 2010 recording its opinion that there exists a prima facie case, and directed the Director General (hereinafter “DG”) to investigate into the matter. 1.1 The DG submitted the investigation report on February 21, 2012. The investigation report was sent to the parties seeking their response on the same and further process of inquiry was undertaken in accordance with the provisions of the Act and relevant regulations thereunder. Memorandum of Association & Rules & Regulations of BCCI as finalized by the Committee of Administrators MEMORANDUM OF ASSOCIATION 1. The name of the Association is “THE BOARD OF CONTROL FOR CRICKET IN INDIA” and it shall hereafter be referred to as the “BCCI”. 2. Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association Annual Report for the year 2018-19 Superb display by the U-16 boys to qualify for the semi final of Vijay Merchant Trophy, our U-14 lads who won the Raj Singh Dungarpur Trophy, and the U-19 team that played quarter final of both the multi-day and the one day tournaments, marked the 2018-19 season for us. This season also witnessed the rise of Avesh Khan as a destructive fast bowler at the first class level. As also, MPCA was once again chosen for hosting elite tournament of BCCI in form of the league and followed by super league & final of the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy T20 tournament. Ms. Pooja Vastrakar is selected in Indian Women's Cricket Team for First 3 T20Is matches against South Africa Women, which is a befitting reward for her consistent performance during the Women’s T20 Challenger series earlier this year. Mr. Nitin Menon is appointed as 'on-field umpire' by the ICC for the Test between Afghanistan and West Indies to be played in Dehradun from 27th November 2019. He becomes the first umpire from the soil of Madhya Pradesh to act as 'on-field' umpire in a Test match. After his nomination on the International Panel of ICC Umpires, Nitin has officiated several One Day Internationals / T20 Internationals as 'on-field' and 'TV umpire', besides being a regular name for IPL and other BCCI domestic matches.
