Job Summary: The Sale Operations Analyst ensures we respond to customer and field sales inquiries promptly and effectively. This individual handles all aspects of sales demo inventory and sales operations processes and will interface with other departments to see that orders, service contracts, and other inquiries are filled in a timely and accurate manner. Position Specifications:

1. Knowledge/ Educational Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer service capacity. College degree or equivalent experience preferred.

2. Skills and Abilities

• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of work and deliver on commitments in a fast paced environment. • Must be very organized with the ability to effectively multi-task. • Must be detailed, thorough, consistent and good at following up with both clients and internal staff. • Excellent phone skills and ability to work well with people is a must. Superior interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal are essential. • Customer focused; relationship driven individual with a sense of urgency. • Self-motivated; independent decision maker with good problem solving skills. • Must be computer literate and have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • Great Plains or SAP experience and/or some accounting experience would be helpful.

3. Essential Function

• The Sales Operations Analyst will conduct courteous, professional out bound calls to our Sales and Applications force discussing requests and needs of the field. • Process and book sales orders, reviewing them for accuracy and documentation which includes system configurations, customer documentation, prices and terms of sale. • Review and process service contracts for accuracy and completeness entering them into the system. • Manage movement of demo equipment for the sales representatives and maintain spreadsheet for tracking such equipment. • Interface with sales representatives, supply chain and other departments to resolve internal problems and to expedite orders and maintain order schedules. • Record acceptance training certificates and document installation dates of all serialized equipment for start of warranty period. • Process consignment requests, purchase orders, and sales orders for major customer, while maintaining all activity on the associated spreadsheet report. • Interacts with Finance for credit terms, credit approvals and customer terms and conditions to move the sales process. • Process Sales Return Material Authorization and Internal Transfer requests • Work with ARI and reps on all van related issues and review monthly billing. • Process sales orders for in equipment. • Provide summary of sales demo to sales team. • Monitor meeting schedule, answer in bound phone calls from customers, and prepare various reports. • Assist with sales & campaigns and trade shows as needed. • Clean up pending back issues, and perform other related duties as needed. • Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. • At month end and quarter end it may be required for employee to work overtime. • There are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. • Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
