St Agnes & CNA Highways Scheme – Phase 2 Proposals updated following conversations with AD on 30/9, KY early October and AP on 16/10

for a 30mph speed limit. From the speed reading data obtained, it appears that the vast majority of drivers are travelling at speeds which are appropriate to the conditions of the road.
