WDL Vail Club Experience Letter 2021 Colorchange SPRING 2021 experience VAIL DEAR MEMBER, As we close out another ski season, I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your support through a season like no other. Our goal at the start of season was to keep you safe with new protocols in place, yet also allow you to enjoy the property and your time in Vail. We recognize that at times our new protocols created limited access to amenities or longer wait times. While the pandemic brought limitations it also challenged us to look at all our operations and how we could improve the experience. With updates such as pool staff, contactless check in, and QR codes for instant menu access in the Lounge, I am very proud of the team for finding opportunities to add to and improve the operations instead of just reducing or eliminating services due to the pandemic. Many of these changes and updates will remain as positive enhancements long after we return to normal operations. Speaking of updates, in a time when many of us could not travel, Marriott International made significant updates to our Hotel Reservation Service (HRS) Benefit, so when the time is right, you have even more opportunities to travel. While previously your Benefits only extended to The Ritz-Carlton when using the HRS program, now you can enjoy the benefit at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, W Hotels, The Luxury Collection, Edition and JW Marriott hotels and resorts. In closing, I also would like to take the opportunity to thank our Ladies and Gentlemen for all their efforts this season. They adapted in stride to new operating procedures all while continuing to deliver the Legendary Service of The Ritz-Carlton. We truly could not have made it through this season without them. I look forward to welcoming you back to Vail soon!
