Spark Academy

 Solid Navy Blue Short-Sleeve or Long-Sleeve Athletic Shirt (made out of polyester to improve “wicking”)  Solid Navy Blue Short-Sleeve or Long-Sleeve Cotton Shirt (without collar)  Solid Navy Blue Sweatshirt (cannot have a )  Solid Navy Blue Fleece (cannot have a hood)  Solid Grey, Solid Navy Blue, Solid White, or Solid Black Athletic Shorts with no cargo pockets (no large pockets on the outside of the pants)  Solid Grey, Solid Navy Blue, Solid White, or Solid Black Athletic (A is a skirt with shorts underneath.)  Solid Grey, Solid Navy Blue, Solid White, or Solid Black Sweat Pants or Warm Up Pants with no cargo pockets  must be worn every day; no other are acceptable during the school day. Mandatory Items – School Code (every student must have the following):  Navy Blue, short-sleeved polo-style shirt with UP Academy logo.*  Khaki-colored (tan) dress pants, worn with a through belt loops or that are at least one inch below the knee. o Students may not wear khaki pants or skirts that are cargo-style (more than two front pockets and two back pockets), or that are baggy, overly tight or made of , corduroy, or spandex (legging material). o Students may not wear with logos, unless it is the UP Academy logo or a small dress pant logo (i.e. Dockers) on the rear pocket. No other logos are allowed.  Black or brown belt. o Belts must look professional and must be all black or brown. They may not be overly wide and must fit through belt loops. o Buckles must be professional and not oversized or distracting. Belts should have no excessive ornamentation. o Black, navy blue, grey, or white - must be solid colors with no patterns or logos.  Black dress shoes or sneakers. o Shoes must be 100% black with no other color logos, no metal. o Shoes must be tied and Velcro must be fastened at all times. o Soles of shoes should also be black. o Black boots are not allowed (Students may wear boots to the school in the winter time but must change into their uniform shoes before entering the building. Students will not be allowed to visit their homerooms or lockers to get these shoes.)

Optional Items – School (students may choose to wear the following in addition to the mandatory school dress code. All items below may not have any logos except the UP Academy logo.)  Navy blue v-neck sweater with the UP Academy logo.*  Short-sleeved white, black, or grey . o must not be oversized. o sleeves should not show from under the uniform shirt.  Students may wear a plain, long sleeved shirt beneath their UP Academy during the cooler months of the year. These shirts must be either solid white or grey and cannot be oversized. *These uniform pieces will be sold to families from a local vendor. Uniform pieces will be sold during family orientations and throughout the course of the school year.

*These uniform pieces will be sold to families from a local vendor. Uniform pieces will be sold during family orientations and throughout the course of the school year.
