 Data-Driven Decision-Making focused on implementing the Federal Data Strategy and Cross-Agency Priority Goal #2: Data and Accountability in the President’s Management Agenda

Seeking experience professionals with expertise in:

. Data strategy development and implementation for large Federal agencies with complex, diverse mission areas; . Organizational Change Management experience working with senior-level officials; . Data architecture and infrastructure for advanced analytics; . Analytic tools and visualization technologies, including for big-data driven use cases; . Management disciplines and technical approaches for enhancing data security and integrity; and . Training / up-skilling teams to build a data and analytics-savvy workforce.

Government applicants:  Senior federal employees ( 15 or a High Step 14)  Identified as “promotable” to the SES ranks within the next 3-5 years  Currently serving in leadership roles dealing with significant people issues, multiple processes and complex technologies  Able to dedicate 8 hours per month (February - October) Industry applicants:  15+ years of progressively responsible positions  Promotable to senior levels within the next 3-5 years  Currently serving as a leader in the government technology community  Able to dedicate 8 hours per month (February - October)
