A. SERVED POPULATION (Tab B)

1. A total of 30,447 families / 130,682 persons were served in one (1) city, fifty-two (52) municipalities in eleven (11) provices of Regions IV-A, IV-B, V, and VIII.

Inside 379 ECs: 28,384 families / 121,198 persons Outside ECs: 1,862 families / 8,917 persons

B. CASUALTY

1. One (1) dead was reported in Allen, Northern identified as Aucente Pascual, Jr., 31 y/o, male, due to multiple lacerated wound left temporal area, head trauma.

C. STATUS OF LIFELINES

Power Supply (Tab C) 1. Power interruption is experienced in one (1) province, five (5) cities and eighty- eight (88) municipalities in Regions IV-A, IV-B, V, and VIII.

Communication 1. Communication lines in are out as of 8:00 PM, 14 December 2015. 2. Globe Telecommunications sites affected as of 15 December 2015: 2G – twenty-four (24) sites affected in Eastern, Northern and Western Samar 3G – eighteen (18) sites affected in Northern and Western Samar

Roads and Bridges 1. The following roads and a bridge in Regions V and VIII are reported impassable as of 15 December 2015:  Catanduanes Circumferential Road, Catanduanes  Panganiban-Sabloyon Road, Cantanduanes  Mapanas - Road, Northern Samar  Allen – Catarman Road, Northern Samar  Lope de Vega – Catarman road, Northern Samar  Hibaca-an Bridge in San Jose de Buan, Northern Samar

D. SUSPENSION OF CLASSES (Tab D)

1. Classes in 18 provinces, eight (8) cities, and fifteen (15) municipalities in Regions III, IV-A, IV-B, V, VI, VII, VIII and NCR are suspended due to TY “NONA”.

E. STATUS OF PORTS

AIRPORTS (Tab E) 1. A total of 120 domestic fligts were cancelled since 14 December 2015. Of which, 64 domestic flights are cancelled on 15 December 2015.

SEAPORTS (Tab F) 1. A total of 7,601 passengers, 94 vessels, 94 motorbancas, and 1,027 rolling cargoes are stranded in Coast Guard Districts Bicol, Central Luzon, Central Visayas, Western Visayas, Estern Visayas, Southern Tagalong, North Western Luzon, North Eastern Luzon and Palawan due to rough sea conditions caused by TY “NONA”.
